Tele Comm has 3 methods for you to manage your medical billing and collections, and at any time you can change from one method to another at no additional cost 1. RENT IT This is cloud computing. Using this option you will rent the TCXMED Medical Management Software using our SaaS (Software as a Service) system. Pricing starts at a one time set up fee of $999, and a monthly rental fee of $399. The monthly rental fee includes backup, updates, and unlimited 24/7/365 toll free support. Additional simultaneous users are $ 299 to set up and $150 per month. 2. BUY IT This is client/server computing. Using this option you will purchase the TCXMED Medical Management Software license and we will installed on your server in your office. Pricing starts at a one time software purchase price of $4,995, which Tele Comm will finance interest free at $199 per month (plus sales tax) for 24 months. After the initial 24 months, an optional $199 per month includes backup, updates and unlimited 24/7/365 toll free support. Additional simultaneous users are $250 to purchase and $150 per month. 3. FORGET ABOUT IT This is our Medical Billing Service. Using this option you can forget about billing and let Tele Comm use our TCXMED Medical Management Software to provide billing, collections, and total management of your practice. There is no initial set up fee. You will pay a fee of 7.0% of collections. This fee includes postage, backup, updates, and unlimited 24/7/365 toll free support. With the Billing Service, Tele Comm provides an exclusive reimbursement guarantee that no other billing service would dare to offer: If Tele Comm makes any error in billing that results in your practice not being properly paid, Tele Comm will credit you for the loss. |
